MEC is operated from office space located at the Maitland family farming operation in Springfield, KY. Areas of operation include the Bluegrass region of Kentucky including Louisville and Lexington, east to Charleston, West Virginia, south to Nashville/Murfreesboro, Tennessee as well as western Kentucky and north to Cincinnati.
